Ancient and Super Grain
Be it our bagged granolas and baking mixes you pick from participating stores, or the hot food and acai bowl you grab from our café, all have this amazing super grain called Teff.
Teff is the world's tiniest, yet super grain that is naturally gluten-free, and high in protein, calcium, iron, manganese, magnesium, and other minerals. It is a species of Lovegrass from which our name Lovegrass Kitchen is derived. It contains the nine essential amino acids, including the rare one called lysine, making it an excellent source of protein for everyone including vegetarians and vegans.
Unadulterated
We work diligently to make sure the food we bring to you is pure and unadulterated. Only whole, unprocessed, natural, and non-GMO ingredients that are free from preservatives and anything artificial are allowed to enter our kitchen.
